The Challenge

Tenda Construtora, one of the largest economic real estate builders in the country, sought to reduce its cost of acquiring new leads through digital initiatives, boosting the flow of customers to stores throughout Brazil.

The Solution

We analyze the conversion flow of leads on the site and the performance of Google Ads.

The strategy was to redesign the website, include the virtual consultant simulating financing and readjust the campaigns on Google with a focus on converting new leads.

The results

After the launch of the new portal, the number of unique visits increased 95%, the bounce rate decreased from 28.5% to 0.5% and the volume of visits to Tenda stores from online accesses grew 500% in the first year.
